The customer can submit his/her Complaint in writing, and hand-delivering it or sending it by mail to the office of INVIA INVESTMENTS CJSC at RA, Yerevan, 15 Pavstos Buzand St. or send it in the email info@inviabroker.com Any natural person has the opportunity to present the claims arising from the transaction concluded between the Company to the Financial System Mediator.

INVIA INVESTMENTS CJSC did not sign an agreement on waiving the right to dispute the decisions of the mediator of the financial system.

Customers can call +374 (60) 70-71-11 for information on complaints.

Any person has the right to receive the information defined by Articles 16, 120, 126, Part 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Securities Market” regarding INVIA INVESTMENTS CJSC.
